The Spillrite anti static vacuum cleaner is an Australian designed wet and dry air powered vacuum system. Built from mild steel the system comes in two finishes, powder coated steel of your choice or galvanised steel. The Spillrite Anti Static 200 is the most powerful of the 4 models available. It is a pneumatic vacuum which means it runs on compressed air and as such is intrinsically safe. It has no electrical components at all and has no sparking or heating elements.

Air powered vacuums offer many benefits over other forms of vacuums. They have no moving parts and many air powered vacuums can run for years and years with the only replacement parts needed are filters. Being made from steel these units are built tough and designed to withstand harsh conditions.

The frame of the unit allows for easy movement and is ergonimically safer than traditional drum vacuums that require manual handling equipment to move the drum.

With 17" HG of raw vacuum, an air powered Spillrite unit has 3 times the power of an electric vacuum.

Each Spillrite unit comes standard with anti-static components and configuration meaning they can be used for the recovery of flammable fluids and combustible dusts and can be used in hazardous zones.

Independent testing has stated that the Spillrite vacuums and their power source can be used in hazardous locations, specifically in Class I, Class II, & Class III environments, divisions 1&2.

The Spillrite range of vacuums can be used for general purpose wet and dry vacuuming and also all vacuuming that requires anti static characteristics for flammable fluids and combustible dusts.

Spillrite's Spillmaster 60/60 packs a real punch for the smaller version of the popular Spillrite wet dry vacuum unit.

This unit boasts a smaller 60 litre steel wet tank with front waste valve. Powered by a 60 cfm venturi system this unit is ideal for rapid spill control on oil platforms and within the oil industry. All of the Spillrite units can be interchanged with tank sizes and power units. The Spillmaster 60/60 can be powered by the 100 cfm venturi unit.

The internal float valve prevents overspill from the gathered fluids.
