New 2012 model drum vac.The Drum Vac is a venturi system that is incorporated into a portable lid. When it is placed over an empty 44/55/205 steel drum and connected to compressed air it turns the drum into a powerful vacuum cleaner. Drum Vac's start at $1795 + tax for the 60cfm single unit. the 120 cfm double venturi unit is $1995+ tax and the triple ventuir 180-200 cfm unit sells for $2295 + tax. Please note this does not include tools or hose.
The Drum vac uses a filter cartridge for dry vacuuming and then the filter cartridge is replaced with a float cage and ball for wet vacuuming. Drum Vacs have immense power. 17" hg is standard for the Spillrite Drum Vac.
